  The seller initially wrote: "I'm thinking the easiest way would be to have you pay for everything and I refund you the shipping and taxes." I suggested that he sell the item to me in one of the correct categories so that eBay would not charge tax. Then he started ignoring me. So I ordered an item in an incorrect category and paid in full. A few more days and nothing from him. Then he suddenly cancels the order with no message. He never arranged to get my coins to me. His communication terrible.
