  On the seller's page, she communicated that she was out of town and when she would return. It shipped as stated and came in perfect condition. The packaging was pretty beat up by the time I received it, but the product was fine. It was described accurately in the ad, and the pictures proved it. The value of the item is very good.

  The Pamela S Palmer bowl arrived and it is lovely! It is in wonderful condition. This seller took time to answer all my questions. She relisted the bunny bowl when I had trouble finding the listing to purchase and broke up a set so that I could buy the plate that I had been seeking! She even upgraded the shipping to arrive faster as there had been a federal holiday! She is an amazing seller who is very customer oriented. I highly recommend this seller!
