  Initially purchased and then item got lost in the mail. Became very nervous this was a scam but the seller communicated every step and feedback was within 1 hour of my questions/ concerns. They helped fix the issue on every level and even sent another item to replace the one that was lost. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. The quality and condition were both as described.

  Statues were broke when I received, contacted seller, they asked for pictures to start an insurance claim on their shipping. The items were very well packaged. They offered me to keep the broken ones and refunded me 50%. I did expect 100% refund but since these were for my soon to be ex -wife , I was happy to get any money back and her gift to match our marriage. So in all the seller was fair and I didn't counter offer or ask for 100% refund. The packages you could see were well bubble wrap

  What a wonderful seller ! This seller is very accommodating and is excellent with communication. My item was exactly as described and was packed extremely well. As a matter of fact , the seller went above and beyond to pack it well. The item was shipped very quickly. I couldn't be more pleased ! I would highly recommend this seller !
