  The product was missing disk 1. Stating it was “new” and missing a disk was a surprise. Let me tell you about the seller. AWESOME!! This seller went out of their way to find me the disk and had it shipped. Waaaaaaaaaay more than I would ever expect or ask. Thank you. 5 stars all around.

  You just saved me a fortune! My previous Alpha IQ+ needed a new motor and parts are crazy expensive! I saw this post and could get a like-new replacement for a bit more than the motor. I took a chance on it and I am ecstatic I did! The robot shipped out the next day in its original packaging and works as described. I’m up and running again with my old parts as a back up to my new robot. A trustworthy seller!
