  Items were in plastic bag, rattling around and broken when they arrived. And the package arrived with over $7 postage due... I have asked for a refund, but the seller keeps promising and then ghosting. I spent money for broken junk, and had to pay for shipping twice. Total scam.

  I do apologize i am in the process of moving so i have things not organized how they were or the same system or routine i normally do so the item was labeled wrong and mixed up with another order that was also a dress . Again i am so sorry and trying to rectify the problem as quickly and as best i can . I do apologize that my response was not as swift i do work a full time job in the medical field and we have just been swamped with it being the end of the year ! I really hate this happened !
