  Really like my purchase! Handbag is exactly as described. Just arrived today and outer packaging was loose (box was coming open along the top seam because the tape wasn't sticking), but interior packing was very good, so no damage.

  Couldn’t have asked for better packaging!! FedEx destroyed the box during shipping. Holes, gashes, cuts. Looks like it was just thrown around even though it says “FRAGILE” all over it. Did an “unboxing video” showing all the damage and opening it in case they were shattered which we expected for proof for refund. All three ceramic pieces made it without even a nick! Obviously this seller cares!! Thank you, would absolutely do business again! A++++
