  Purchased this part February 6. Didn’t realize that it was even shipped by the time I checked back in a week later on Feb 13. Seller didn’t bother to communicate with me about the delay until I submitted an item not received report, just for them to say that it was “damaged during cleaning.” WHY WOULDN’T YOU JUST REACH OUT AND TELL ME??? I now have an angry customer because you guys don’t know how to communicate with buyers. This is ridiculous and makes ALL of us eBay sellers look bad.

  I apologize (again) for you negative experience and inconvenience for you and your customer. I did not realize the commercial context/urgency, however I treat every order with presumption of urgency. As I said earlier, privately, I did damage part (cleaning/shipping); and initially tried to replace (supplier with similar model). Agree it was a mistake not to comm.I raise two kids alone. One in hospital (unplanned). Typical: replace + ship (expedited) 1-2 days. For >20 yo part ebay not bad :)
