I like the packaging a lot with the magazine in a plastic bag inside of a stiff cardboard mailer that looks like it was designed for magazines and/or documents.   This issue of Vogue that I ordered came in quickly. The magazine arrived in great packaging, and arrived safely as well. The condition of the magazine is good. I personally would not have called this magazine "brand new" because there is damage to the cover. Anyway, shipping costs were affordable, and the overall value of this transaction was definitely worthwhile. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
