  It is not the seller that is at fault the problem is the carrier EVRi. The parcel was damaged beyond repair in transit,they then advised me to contact the seller.The name of the seller PHNB 4 ,This seller I have never heard of. Within another parcel from the same seller was a customer advice label this seller was a company called' Easy Plants' ,another seller I have never heard of, I contacted them by telephone on the 28th June and nothing has been done about the replacement parcel.
