  Seller gave me a decent price on this item considering 1) she is just a broker, 2) I still have to get it JSA-authenticated, 3) Thin pen used for signature on old helmet without display case. Interesting communication; inside of helmet was dry-rotten (largest padding literally fell-off inside box upon arrival). No interior helmet photo provided in listing and I didn’t ask about inside condition so: “buyer lesson learned.” Otherwise seller packaged the helmet with care and made quick delivery.

  Unfortunately, this was a learning experience for both the buyer and seller. Apparently a "C-23" lid came in two sizes (7.25" and 8.75"). I needed the smaller size (size not noted in the item description). The item was returned and half of the purchase price refunded. The seller was easy to deal with and shipped on time. Excellent seller, unfortunately the item was incorrect size for me. (Note: photo shows smaller lid that I was trying to replace on left; seller's item on right).
