  Absolutely top notch ebayer. The notebook looks and feels brand new, it's really a great find for the money. Awesomely great product, especially with everything included ! It was packaged in original packing so it arrived perfectly safe. Highly highly recommend as Ben was very kind and helpfull with all the information requests and extra invoices requested by local customs and post office still in the last century ... Not a single bad thing to say !

  Ben is a very reliable seller. Item condition is exactly like what is described. He is attentive to details and very thoughtful. When shipping the item to my country Canada, he was aware of the unusual Canada post condition due to a current strike and suggested he could ship with another courier. He was so kind to help with the extra cost in that. It was also extremely smooth to communicate with him.

  Absolutely delighted with my ThinkPad purchases from Ben! This feedback is repeated because I bought several machines. I initially made an incorrect model choice, but Ben's exceptional product expertise and patience guided me to the perfect ThinkPad, saving me a lot compared to retail. The machines arrived much earlier than expected and are exactly as advertised. Highly recommend this seller!

  The item was EXACTLY as described. Seller was extremely, above and beyong communicative. Even went so far as to take a lot of initiative during the shipping time in helping warn me about random things (don't use the laptop charger to charge the pen, got it lol), and was extremely helpful. It was a great transaction and I'd buy from them again.
