  Seller provided full refund. Attempted to assure me they are new to selling on Ebay and are learning the ropes. Seller Profile says they have 96 verified sale, so im not really buying that excuse. Had no problem taking my payment but took 5 days to ship item after I sent a message with no response then a follow-up message the day after that and finally got a response. Item appeared to be in flawless condition with provided photo. Item was packed poorly and was significantly damaged on arrival
