  Delighted. A nice, good quality, product. Exactly as described and very well packaged. Free postage makes life significantly more straightforward. I'm not sure of current prices for phono plugs but £2 a piece strikes me as good value for a Neutrik-designed product - also reminding me quite how complicated the minds of their designers are! :) Dispatch and delivery were both very quick. A perfect transaction!

  Well pleased with my purchase. Nicely presented in good strong packaging. Pipe in good condition and as described in original listing. Free postage so whats not to like. Good value and it smokes lovely. Would recommend this seller.

  Surprise :) I received a different device than the one advertised, but the technical condition was similar, so it was OK. The packaging was acceptable. Shipping was lightning fast. Contact with the seller was very good. Good price for the goods.

  The item didn’t work as intended but I put this blame on the Royal Mail as the packaging was battered when it arrived. Seller was friendly and refunded some of the price when this was brought up to them.
