    2nd purchase, basic but great quality wooden furniture. Delivery slow this time but would still buy from them again. Arrived very well packaged and protected

    Fantastic quality of wood and build. The wonderful smell of fresh wood was extra perk. Fitted just where we needed it and as described. Delivery took a little longer than expected, bit it was the week leading up to Christmas, the sender did also tell us it was running late as he needed to find another courier that would take a heavy object. Provia couriers rang and messaged me., to arrange delivery. The guys who delivered it were very helpful and courteous and even brought it into the lounge.

    What a shame this coffee table is a well made good product but the service is dire. Poor communication and badly packaged when did arrive one month after due date. Had to ask eBay to step in. Such a pity.

    Arrived today. Lovely item thank you. Only criticism maybe answer your messages. I asked about tracking which was not shown at despatch and got tracking from courier days after . Sick of Ebay asking for feedback when l hadn't got the item. However highly recommended 👌

    Just arrived today and is a cracking unit. ONLY issue, and its not the sellers fault, is that it arrived with a 'dent/gouge' right in the middle of the upper front facing shelf. Looked at the packaging and confirmed that it had either been dropped or something has fallen against it during shipping. Luckily the gouge can be hidden by our tv and a bit of polish. As I say, not the sellers fault. Cracking little unit though. First class.
