  Item is as described in advertisement. Excellent value for the price and in excellent condition. The packaging was very good and thoroughly wrapped. The cost for shipping was about what I expect most items should be, whereas too many seem to be a way to raise the cost of the item.   The "item description (New)" was not accurate, The photo's clearly and accurately showed; the rust from water damage, replaced trucks (Accurail), and Plastic wheels. The water damage to the box was much more than I expected. That's OK the box is totally dry but warped and stained. I will be replacing the couplers with Kadee and the plastic wheels with Intermountain metal wheel sets to bring the car up to Intermountain standards. All in all reasonable price, great packaging, prompt shipping
