  Several days after the delivery date and the item having not arrived, I contacted the seller to ask about my purchase. They responded within the hour, could not be more apologetic, and promised to send the item again. It arrived within 48 hours and was exactly as described. I am very pleased with my purchase and would have every confidence in buying from them again. Thank you for a quick response to a problem and for putting things right.

  I have bought the boots before on eBay and went back to my previous purchases to buy another pair. eBay then showed me similar items and I found what I thought were the same boots but cheaper from a different supplier. After a close up inspection of the pictures provided and the description, I concluded that it was the same boots. The delivery time was exact but on opening the box it was a totally different boot, same make but different. I started a return claim and have now been refunded.
