The packaging and shipping were fine. The listing stated not returnable. After she received them, she requested a return, stating the reason as "Ordered by Mistake." Before I could respond to her request, she left the above FB. I sent an email for clarification on why she wanted to return. Rather than deny her return request, I accepted it, and promptly refunded her payment I did ask her to kindly revise the FB and she ignored the email.
