  They sent a message about an item I ordered being mislabeled. Offered a refund or the watch and an additional watch at no cost. Still received the correct watch we ordered plus the 1 other watch. I dont know what happened but I am thankful.

(NOTE: Ebay tracking history did NOT get updated till 2 days before item got here. we had to use USPS to watch tracking. this IS NOT a seller issue. the missing ebay tracking info after about 5 or 6 days caused us to contact the seller.. who informed us thru USPS tracking.)
