Sandra went the extra mile, contacting the post office and keeping me informed. When the package was lost, she sent a replacement. I'm very satisfied with the experience.     My stuffed animal came completely wrapped in bubble wrap for his own safety haha. Shipping was fast and the item was exactly as shown and described in the pictures.
