  There was some miscommunication between seller and I. And prior to sending the bag, seller mentioned after further investigating, purse has some minor rips/tears. Although they did offer a half off discount and the purse, I opted for a refund instead. Seller met my needs immediately and efficiently. Would do business with seller again! 5/5 customer service.

  I am so pleased with this seller!! I had an issue with the tracking of the order, sent them a message and they resolved the issue and I got my package today. Without hesitation I will buy from them again.
