  printer arrived well packaged however, and this is NOT the sellers fault I believe the courier dropped the printer and it was damaged on arrival. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly, accepted a return and refund. I provided some pictures/video of how it arrived and I genuinely hope they managed to get it sorted with the courier, so whilst the printer needed to go back to seller (again NOT THEIR FAULT) the way the seller responded meant this was an overall positive experience A++

  Best seller I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Incredibly helpful and communicative. I bought these at 10pm on a Saturday night and they were delivered by courier 14 hours later on a Sunday over 100 miles away! Now that's what I call amazing service. Highly Recommended :))))
