    The tailgate I bought arrived with more damage than the listing described, likely from shipping. I requested a partial refund for the repair costs, but the seller insisted I return the entire item. I'd already installed it and scrapped my old one. The seller stopped responding, and eBay couldn't help. I will rethink purchasing anything from this seller or ebay in the future.

    Item is Exactly as shown and described. Packaging was okay, the hanger came through the box on the corner, but was undamaged. USPS took forever to deliver it after they sent it to the wrong facility, which isn’t the sellers fault at all.
