  The dress was lovely, but unfortunately was too big.This not being the sellers fault. The dress was lovely and fresh. Postage and packing was good. The seller made returning the dress stress free and the refund was made immediately upon their receipt of the returned item. I wish the dress had fitted me, but I’m happy with the outcome. I would recommend this seller!

  Excellent Customer Service...item went astray through no fault of Seller, ie a problem with Couriers . Seller immediately refunded in full, and offered item free of charge should it finally be returned to them via Courier. It was then sent to me ,as promised, so un expectedly received it yesterday. Lovely item, good quality, exactly as described . Seller definitely went "Above and Beyond " for Customer Satsfaction. Highly recommended Seller. Will use them again. Many thanks .
