  The product arrived only half full and appeared used even though the listing said it was brand new. There were no signs of leaking in transit. I reported this to the seller and they said they didn’t have any more in stock. I asked for a partial refund and did not receive a response. The product itself is fine (what’s left of it). I just wish I had gotten the whole thing as advertised or a partial refund since half of it was missing.

  When I sent out the product to the buyer it was completely full and brand never used. There were no signs of leaking in transit because it never leaked and unfortunately I did not have any more in stock at the time. Buyer already received a 40% discount on the item as I was clearing out my stock and no longer caring that brand in my boutique. I did not know what else to do for the buyer since I know the item was full when I sent it out.
