    I got the wrong end of the stick when I thought my £400 laptop had been delivered to a strange man with no address given, but I was totally wrong and the customer service was patient and helpful. Item is as described, packaging was good and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again

    Good Comms before buying Good packaging arrived on time Royal mail should of posted a note where they left package had to text Mrs let her know. item as described good value I been using it few days now no problems and using this laptop writing this everything working well. many thanks replacing my 13y hp laptop AAA+

    Excellent service. Well packaged PC as described. First machine unfortunately had to be returned due to a fault we couldn't resolve with troubleshooting. However the replacement was excellent with no issues at all, sent back and turnaround was quick and well supported. Couldn't fault the service especially in the face of a problem.

    Laptop looked good, is exactly what I wanted and was exactly as described, the condition was very good for a refurbed item, great price to specs and the item was well packed and postal charges were fair. A great seller I hope to buy from again
