   Initially received the wrong package contacted seller immediately. Seller was very apologetic and had great communication. Seller attempted to send a replacement immediately. Unfortunately sellers employee sent to the wrong address the second time. The seller then contacted me again to make me aware of the second hiccup and shipped the correct item to me within a couple days after these hiccups I would still recommend the seller.

  shipping was on time. item packed with a cozy blanket. unfortunately, the item arrived not quite as described and there was a mechanical issue. possibly due to damage in shipping? will give benefit of the doubt here. seller accepted return and issued full refund. overall a fine transaction.

  Rainbow High Daria doll arrived as advertised well packed and in excellent condition. Shipping was fast. There was some delivery delays no the seller's fault USPS was able to correct the issue and she finallyarrived safe. Communication with seller was good. I will order from this seller again.
