  I ordered this spe ific headset to replace one I have that gave up. Shipping time was great, but it was the wrong item. I set seller a message letting them know I received the wrong item. They responded with they would look into it. After a week I set them another message, no response. After about 2 weeks I sent another message letting them know I would really like the headset I ordered. Their response was to send me a return label which I received a refund minus shipping. Hoped for better.

  *I should have listening to negative reviews about seller. This guy sold me a razor trimmer that was nothing like he advertised. The package arrived next day via Amazon! I paid him 15.00 for shipping. I could have bought it from Amazon but it was not the trimmer I needed it was on his EBay site. He refunded the 15.00 shipping only but would not refund difference of lesser value trimmer from Amazon. Not worth sending back I don’t trust him. He said it was an error lie! Don’t buy it’s a scam!

  I trusted this seller to buy 2 heads as replacements. Now I have tested both heads and they are damaged, but I have explained to the seller that they are replacements and I cannot test them upon receiving them, and a month has passed, so he does not want to exchange or refund. I think it is unfair because he knows that I cannot test the heads upon receiving them because they get clogged.
