  The plush arrived well protected in the package and faster than I was anticipating, which was a nice surprise. The plush looks exactly like he does in the picture, and is in great condition considering he's a plush from 2007 and almost twenty years old now. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with this shop.

  The item was shipped promptly, packaged neatly and efficiently. It’s a small, soft item so no need for extra packaging and I appreciate that. It’s exactly as described/pictured! I didn’t need a brand new Jellycat, but wanted a used one in good condition and that’s exactly what I got. I’m happy!
