  The software arrived very well packaged and in good time. Once opened the purchase was just as good as described and shown in the auction. All communications were handled in good timing and positive. No surprises, no disrespect given or felt as questions were asked. Non better on Ebay to deal with.   Perfectly as pictured, but not as described since it only worked in the left of the stereo channels due to a couple of issues I noticed and figured out, but have yet to repair permanently. Anyway, it arrived quickly, and we had great communication too. Thanks!
