The owner of The Saw Doctor, LLC has been a Gold level certified STIHL technician since 2006 with over 2 decades of experience in 2-cycle equipment sales and repair at his family's STIHL dealership. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and fair prices.     No fault of the seller but the item has been in five states via USPS and I still don't have it. Seller needs to offer commercial shipping options because the USPS is clueless. This has become a regular issue with items I have purchased, seller doesn't offer private shipping and the USPS takes the item all over the eastern US before delivering the item.

    Never received my order and I never got any 'shipping' notices... it didn't show that the item had shipped even after 10 days so I contacted the seller at least twice to ask where we stood and never once did the Seller respond even after I contacted Ebay resolution to get my refund back. Horrible 'customer service'.

    advertised as ships free in 1 day, seller waited a full week to ship item. did not respond to my messages. Lazy seller , EBAY needs to remove sellers like this.

    Did not receive more order within time frame listed, reached out to seller multiple times without replies and they only replied after me contacting eBay to file complaint. Packaging was poor , thankfully the blades didn't fall out during transport .
