  We bought an item listed as a labubu. It came and it was an obvious lafufu. I emailed seller and they immediately apologized and refunded me which was great. I would have been happy with that, however, they also sent a message telling me they would send another one to my daughter. It has been almost 3 weeks and we have not received any additional messages or shipping notifications or packages. If they had no intention of sending one, why tell me they were?
