  All as expected. Prompt despatch in recyclable packaging. However, experience with courier messy. Gave different delivery times. Didn't knock when delivered. Wasn't signed for, as stated. Package left in porch beside door. Visible from street, but not inside my home. I usually find Royal Mail far more satisfactory than Evri who seem to have lazy delivery people.

  Great product at a good price. The delivery company (Evri) needs a wee talking to though. Having had notification that it was being delivered today, I was then notified (twice!) that it would be delivered tomorrow instead. I then got a notification that an attempt had been made to deliver (no such attempt had been made) and that another attempt would be made tomorrow. 20 mins later it was delivered (by a very pleasant young lady).

  Item listed at £5.80, bought, marked as posted 5 days later. Did not arrive so I put in a ‘I haven’t received my item ‘ through eBay. Told them I still wanted the item. Issued refund the next day, told it was lost in post. The item has now been re listed at £11. 63 I would not recommend this company and I will not be purchasing from them again, Very deceitful service.

  The goods arrived in excellent condition and will order again from you. The delivery company was absolutely rubbish (Hermes) the first email gave time it was followed by several confused email from a different time slot to not being delivered at all then turned up later.

  Not delivered as stated, refunded without any reason or contact, when I checked the item again it had been re-stocked at twice the price. The seller should honour the price as it is their mistake, not the customer's. Also, when I checked my account, they had not refunded the full amount but knocked off about 60p - not a massive amount but if they do this to everyone...? I notice a similar review from someone else recently. The SAA have been bought by Cass art so let's see how that goes...
