After my purchase but before shipping the seller had issues with the handle. So they sent me another identical pan but it is brand new! What customer service! They wrote a note explaining the issue with the promise I could return it if it wasn’t to my satisfaction. They take their eBay store seriously and think of their customers. I will buy from them again.
