If you have an issue which is very rare I would recommend you contact them directly. I was an early adopter of TRS and it’s been almost 2 decades of satisfaction. Though their business model has changed from retrofitting to now being a giant supplier. They still will answer questions and take care of issues. That's what I thought too. The seller did not return any messages unti the dayl I shipped the item back. At that point the seller seemed great, like they wanted to remedy the issue. They offered me a 50% refund as well as shipping me the correct item, I was very happy with that. Well I never heard from the seller again. It's been a month, I'm still waiting for my $1400
