  You can tell a great seller by how they handle problems, and this seller was great here. Item was not exactly as described, but I don't think that is the fault of the seller. The web interface showed different model, MAC, and serial than the outside of the case, which is a problem because CM8200 is a Cox provided version of the SB8200, and can't be activated by anyone using Cox who is not the original recipient. Couldn't get working with Cox support but seller took return and paid shipping.

  Made an offer and seller sent a fair counter saying item would ship the following day. I accepted and the seller shipped the item immediately the next day! Got this for a great deal. There was a small ding on the back of the box that goes almost all the way through the cardboard. It wasn't noted in the listing, however it is a bit visible in the photos. Not a big problem, it was a brand new sealed product as described, so everything else, good. Excellent HIGHLY recommended seller! Thank you!!!
