  I recently sent my brake module from my 2016 Honda Accord EX-L to The Repair Shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and fast. They were prompt in diagnosing the issue, and I really appreciated that they took the time to call me directly to confirm that the part was successfully repaired and on its way back to me. It’s not often you find a repair service that’s this responsive and communicative. I highly recommend!

  It worked when installed and came back faster than projected, just over a week. Pleased with the service, even had a call from the technician after fixed. Shipping could have been described a little better as packing slip and direction intended were not described from a user standpoint. I wound up paying to ship it on my own account which I don't think was necessary and also wasn't sure about putting packing slip in pkg or uploading to vendor for return shipment.

  Great customer service and fast response on messenger throughout the complete process.. Fixed my brake module within 24hrs of receiving it and back in the mail as they promised.. I will spread the word and definitely use again in the future… Thank you all..

  Seller answered every question in a timely manner. Received my repaired ABS module in 7 days. My son's car is working perfect! Will use this seller service again if the need arise!

  This is a very good service if you do not mind waiting several weeks for the technician to get to your repair. The process was organized and the technician was very communicative about what he fixed. The hardest part for me was just remembering how to mount the board back into the oven once I got it back, but it all works again and we didn't have to shop for a new oven.
