Within 24 hours, they responded and sent out the correct replacement for me, despite not even selling this product.   Super value item, allows self repair of controller due to corroded contacts from drink spill. Great condition. Timely postage. Good Quality. Came in a stamped paper envelope, so I'm glad the handlers were careful. Hope other buyers experience the same.
