    the seller accidentally sent the item with standard shipping although I had paid for expedited shipping. They responded to me quickly and were very apologetic and they issued me a full refund without me asking about it. In the end, very good customer service and I'd use them again. Mistakes happen, and I don't hold it against them.

    Exactly as described at a great price. Packaged well, arrived with no damage. Very pleased. Shipping took two months but that is not the fault of the seller, it was completely on the shipping company in my country. Will not remove rating because of their mess.
