  Great experience with the seller. The item was posted promptly and securely. Packaged well with plenty of padding. Although the lens that arrived with the camera was not the correct one, the issue was resolved promptly and a replacement was sent. The seller responded to the messages promptly and communicated any updates. Good value for the money. Would buy for them again.

  I ordered this item on Sunday and it arrived Tuesday morning, you cannot get much better service than that! It was exactly as described and arrived well packaged. Overall, I am very pleased with the transaction, the seller also answering a question I had very promptly.

  The cable was exactly as described and worked flawlessly straight out of the well packaged box. Postage was a little on the high side although the overall package (item plus postage) was very reasonable and good value bearing the new price of these cables. Would recommend this seller.

  The Real Camera Co. have provided exceptional care, going above and beyond to help us choose, understand and setup the Durst Enlarger we bought from them. The item works perfectly, was as described, perfectly packaged, and shipping was excellent, arriving next day super fast. As the enlarger was something we'd not used before, they helped us through setup with ongoing replies after we received the item, and were very generous with their time and support. We'll absolutely buy from them again.

  Packaging was first class which is always standard with Real.Camera. Lens in fantastic condition, better than described I feel. Great value considering the spotless condition. Postage. DPD have let Real Camera and themselves down. Parcel was not delivered in the manner I have become accustomed to. Leaving a parcel on the front lawn does not constitute delivery or any level of professionalism.
