But had a little problem with the shipment, one of the egg cup was broken when I open the box, contact the seller show the picture of opening the box, and the seller was so helpful and the problem are being resolved in no time. Replacement being sent and they even sent me one extra. Really grateful for the kindness. Highly recommended seller!

  Very positive experience with this seller. I ordered the Spode Blue Italian Large Porcelain Coffee Mugs, Set of 4, 12oz - Blue/White. The seller's communication was great; the shipment was timely. Unfortunately, the handle of one mug broke in transit. When I reached out to the seller (with photos), they were quick to respond and offer a full refund. I was surprised and happy with this outcome.
