  I ordered the item the first time and the usps lost it I contacted the seller and immediately apologized for the lost item and sent out a replacement. Thank you!! It arrived in perfect condition and packaged very well. A+++++++++ seller I'll definitely be doing business again in the future.

  Beautiful photo arrived securely wrapped and in perfect condition. It was sent immediately, but mail service was incredibly slow. Seller had kindly offered to send me another right away, which turned out not to be necessary as the purchase was not lost and finally arrived. However, the customer service is much appreciated!

  Received the picture. Could have been packaged better. Packing was the picture with a single very thin piece of cardboard. Picture was received bent and has a crease in it due to the post office.
