  I received my order today and was pleasantly surprised that they all arrived intact! Each of the 12 pieces was individually wrapped and then wrapped again as a group and then secured in place with packing paper. This vendor is outstanding. I got a great deal for a set if glassware that fully exceeded my expectations.

  The package was apparently opened in a way to remove 2 batteries. It requires 4 to operate. Item should've been labeled as 'open box', not 'new'. Not a big deal, but somewhat misleading. Everything else was as described and showed up pretty quickly. Thanks
