  Jay at The Paper Pipers is worth his 100% rating. The product was shipped in accordance with the new USPS schedule and gotten to me as quickly as the mail service carried it. The product was appropriately packed, but the product was not what was described. It happens. The guy has a wife and kids and another job. Given that he acknowledged the mistake, offered a settlement and sent the correct item...immediately. So far the value of the camera I have is in line with other cameras if not better.
