Suffolk Cleveland Trading Company (SCTC) refunded partial “estimated” shipping costs in order to reflect the “actual shipping” costs, without prompting, and the item was expertly packaged, and quickly shipped. The item was exactly as SCTC described, and their measurements were spot on. Thank you for being a shining (5) star seller to the eBay community. I would not hesitate doing business with SCTC in the future, they are a great value.
