I PUT A CLAIM IN WITH EBAY AND SO FAR NO RESPONSE TO MY CLAIM OR PICTURE THAT I PROVIDED TO THEM. I NEED YOUR HELP TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH THEM .
