  The item purchased was described as a left-handed reel and the box was labeled as such. However, the reel contained in the box was in fact a right-handed reel. This seller acted expeditiously in sending back a full refund with no questions asked. Though the item itself was not quite what I purchased the experience with this seller was excellent!
