  Only a positive, because It is a great hat and it was described accurately. Seller shipped out quickly, however USPS took over 3 weeks to deliver. (This is not the seller's fault). However, the package was too small for the item and smashed the hat. Thankfully, I was able to reform the hat back to original condition.

  So pleased to add a new color in Coastal Blue to my growing collection of Le Creuset Bistro mugs. It was packed and shipped with utmost care. The mug was described perfectly. Since it is a rare color I found it to be an excellent value.

  I purchased a Ninja Blender Pitcher replacement that was advertised to fit the model number of my Ninja, which it does not. He told me to send it back and he would refund my money. The next day, he did refund my money and told me to donate it after I returned it as he told me to, so I am out $13.85 for shipping cost and my time to return something. He should have had the information on his advertisement correct or told me to donate it originally. but

  This customer went outside of the ebay system to return this item. Never submitted for a return, never received a paid for shipping label from me, and just sent it back. Because I never received a request, I'd decided to let him keep the item or donate it and gave him a full refund. He then came back wanting me to pay for the shipping he paid for OUTSIDE of the ebay return process.

  The two very cute Mickey and Minnie Disney cups were received in excellent condition. Thank You for the care in packaging them. The cups were placed in a durable cardboard box and were each totally secured in bubble wrap. Because of the care on the way they were bubble wrapped, it made it so easy to unwrap them. Again, Thank You :)
