  Item was exactly as described and very well packaged. Dispatch time was a little slower than expected (1 week after ordering) but it still arrived within the estimated window. It works really well and I have a working vacuum cleaner again! Vax no longer sell this part so I was very glad to find it here. I would recommend this seller if you're in need of spares for your Vax appliance (particularly older models for which parts are not always easily available)

  The motor was well described and the seller had excellent comms - able to provide advice and confirm the part's suitability for my vacuum. Good price and quick delivery in secure packaging. The PCB connected to the brush bar motor had also blown so I ordered this through Muff Muppets too and received the same excellent service. I now have a working vacuum again for a very reasonable price and minimum of fuss. Thank you!
