  Item was exactly as described and very well packaged. Dispatch time was a little slower than expected (1 week after ordering) but it still arrived within the estimated window. It works really well and I have a working vacuum cleaner again! Vax no longer sell this part so I was very glad to find it here. I would recommend this seller if you're in need of spares for your Vax appliance (particularly older models for which parts are not always easily available)
