  Great communication, lovely rug, well made and great value for money. Packaged well and delivery guy carried the heavy rug into the exact room I wanted it. The colours of the rug were a bit different to the photo but in my case it worked out and I loved the colour. Also, don’t forget there might be extra customs duties to pay depending on where you are shipping it to. Highly recommend this company.

  We are delighted with this beautiful rug, it is gorgeous, such great quality. The colour is true to the photo and is a lovely kind of moss green. It was very interesting tracking its journey all the way from Uttar Pradesh, which we didn't realise is known as rug town or city. I was worried about the packaging not holding up, but it was triple wrapped and sent via Fed Ex and arrived in perfect condition, other than a couple of rumples, which is to be expected. Well done and thank you!

  I absolutely love this rug! It looks just like the listed photos, feels very plush and upscale, and arrived in a timely manner. I didn’t realize the rug would be made to order, but the seller communicated that with me when I inquired, and then they even shipped it earlier than what was originally quoted. I’m thrilled with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend! 😊

  This rug was overpriced. Another rug I bought from this seller had a massive discrepancy in the color portrayed in the listing and what it looked like in real life (see photos - the pale one is what I thought I was getting). I’m an interior designer and had to sell it for a fraction of the cost to get it out of my client’s house as quickly as possible. The seller offered to send me a replacement but then never did, and he stopped responding to my messages. I will never use this seller again.

  Hello ! I am sorry for the inconvenience When did you place the order with me I have not had any discussion with you. What you ordered is a small item. It has been delivered to you as well. I have not had any such dispute with you. Then why did you give me such bad feedback? Or you were going to give feedback to some other seller and gave it to me by mistake.
